Hank Stoppelbein, SPPA, AIC, originally from Charlotte, NC, graduated from UNC Chapel Hill before relocating to Nashville in 1985. After twelve years as an Area Director with Young Life, he embarked on a 25-year career in property claims consulting. Following nearly 15 years at The Howarth Group, Hank co-founded Franklin Property Claims, serving policyholders across the South with compassion and a commitment to justice. His extensive experience in residential and commercial claims, bolstered by his AIC and SPPA credentials, places him among the top 1% of adjusters nationwide. Dedicated to guiding overwhelmed clients, he ensures they receive their full policy benefits. Hank unwinds with his wife, Merrill, their four daughters, and two grandkids, indulging in songwriting, guitar, golf, and pickleball, while supporting charities like Young Life and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
