Mr. Denis Rowe, AIC, SPPA, PCLS, is the Managing Member of Franklin Property Claims, LLC. He has been involved in property insurance claims for almost twenty-five years and is a licensed public adjuster in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida.
Growing up in Kansas with his eight brothers and sisters, his family had two devastating fires in their home. The experience his parents went through gave him a unique perspective that today fuels his drive to ensure that all victims of a property loss get a fair and full settlement.
Before starting Franklin Property Claims he was a partner with The Howarth Group where he earned the following designations: Associate in Claims (AIC), Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA), and Property Claims Law Specialist (PCLS). Mr. Rowe spends considerable time utilizing his accumulated knowledge by reviewing estimates, policies, declaration pages, and engineer reports. His primary focus is on damage to commercial properties, with a particular interest in hail damage to the roofs of those kinds of buildings.
Mr. Rowe and his wife of 38 years (Nancy) reside in Franklin, TN. They have two sons, Colin and Conor (who is a partner with the company). When not working, Mr. Rowe is an active member of Stephens Valley Church (with a particular interest in missionary work in Africa and India), a booster for Pearl Cohn High School in Nashville, and a past treasurer for the Tennessee Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. An avid reader, his other interests are rooting for the University of Tennessee football and basketball programs, playing golf, and, of course, playing with his one-year-old grandson.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Hank graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After moving to Nashville in 1985, he served as an Area Director with Young Life ( a non-denominational outreach to high school students) for about twelve years. Soon thereafter, he began his second career in property claims consulting and is now in his twenty-fifth year.
After almost 15 years at The Howarth Group, Hank and his two partners founded Franklin Property Claims and together continue to serve the needs and interests of policyholders across the South. His compassion and sense of justice help him treat clients as he would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot.
His rich understanding of residential and commercial claims comes from hands-on experience and continuing education. Hank realizes that our clients are typically overwhelmed with the claims process, so he will spend whatever time is necessary to ensure they receive all the benefits their policy affords them. He earned his AIC (Associate in Claims) and SPPA (Senior Professional Public Adjuster) credentials years ago, placing him in the top 1% of all adjusters nationwide.
He spends his downtime with his wife, Merrill, their four daughters, and two grandkids to relax. Hank enjoys songwriting, playing guitar, a little golf and a lot of pickleball. His favorite charities are Young Life, Wounded Warrior, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and Church of the City in Franklin, TN.
Conor Rowe is a middle Tennessee native who has spent the entirety of his life in historic Franklin, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Roman and Greek Classics. Upon graduation, he spent the following year and a half working full time as a top sales assistant at a local stone yard while spending his non-working hours devoted to training on property insurance claims. Conor is a licensed public adjuster in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia.
During his tenure with The Howarth Group Conor spent three years of intensive studying and testing to earn his Associate in Claims (AIC) credential in 2018 which puts him in the top 1% of all public adjusters nationwide. Following that up in late 2022, he earned the highest accreditation within our industry by attaining the Senior Professional Public Adjuster credential (SPPA). After almost seven years with the firm, he has gained the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.
Conor’s outside interests include avidly following The Tennessee Volunteers ‑basketball and football, the Tennessee Titans, and the Kansas City Royals. When not working, he enjoys hunting and traveling internationally with his wife, Bernadette. Their most recent trip was to Peru to visit Machu Pichu where they revealed to family and friends the expected new addition to their family. That expectancy became reality on January 29th, 2023 when their son entered into this world.

Born and raised in the northeast part of Tennessee in an area called the Tri-Cities, Alison graduated with High Honors from both her high school and local community college.
